Please complete the application form below.
Once completed, your information will be emailed to our service team at: service@galvt.us
Once received and reviewed by GALVT INC. we will contact you to discuss the costs involved and the process to contract with us to begin the permitting process.
Pulling a LVT permit without actually doing the work (installation) requires a minimum of one (1) possibly two (2) trips to the premise. Some municipalities require a rough-in inspection prior to scheduling the Final Inspection.
1st visit is before the LVT inspection to ensure that the work meets all of the National Electrical Code requirements.
2nd visit is to walk the site with the inspector and may or may not be required.
3rd parties are sometimes involved for site plan certifications and other inspection services. This is determined by the City / County municipality.
While each municipality has their own rules, requirements, and systems, we have not failed to pull a Low Voltage Permit since we started tracking in 2006. Some are very complicated and some are simple but please be aware that it is always a challenge and there is NO 100% guarantee. With that in mind please make sure you give us as much lead time as possible.
